The classic! Bear's garlic, the European plant richest in sulphur, in combination with rose hips and carob seed flour, is what gives our Bärlauch Frischblatt Granulat its unique taste. Just one teaspoon of Bärlauch Frischblatt Granulat covers approx. 90% of the daily sulphur requirement! Not only can it be used as a spice to give sauces and vegetable dishes a special taste – it is also an excellent garnish for bread – either for the evening meal with the family or as a snack for guests. Special tip: spread a slice of bread with quark or cream cheese and sprinkle some Bärlauch Frischblatt Granulat over it – you'll never want to go without this treat on your bread again.
Bear's garlic also has a decisive advantage over Asian garlic:
despite its spicy taste, it hardly leaves any smell...
