(Cystus® Bio Skunkweed)
Our popular devil of a fellow! For our high-value Cystus® Bio Teekraut we use solely plants from certified biological natural cultivation. The freshly harvested herbs are dried carefully in the shade by sea breezes and are sold commercially as loose skunkweed after only minimal processing.
Ingredients:
100% Cistus incancus ssp. tauricus
Traditional Preparation of Cystus® Bio Teekraut
Put a handful or 5 teaspoonfuls of Cystus® Bio Teekraut (approx.10 g) into a saucepan, pour on 0.2–1 litre of water and bring to the boil. Allow to simmer for a few seconds to 5 minutes at a low heat according to taste and desired strength.
Preparation as tea for normal consumption
Preferably boil for only a few seconds or pour 1 litre of boiling water onto 5 teaspoonsfuls of Cystus® Bio Teekraut. Allow to draw for max. 5 minutes so that the tea does not become too strong. You can then refine the tea with some honey or an untreated slice of lemon. As a pleasant-tasting evening drink, and also to benefit the flora of the mouth, jaws and stomach, sip a cup of Cystus® Tee directly before going to bed.
