Placing on feet or hands
• Nail fungus
• Foot fungus
The paste is stirred as described and applied in a thick layer directly onto the area to be treated. A cotton sock or glove (boil after use) is pulled over the foot or hand. The pad then remains overnight on the infected area.
The dried pad is removed carefully in the morning and the affected area is also swabbed if possible with Cystus® Sud (allow to dry on the skin). Treatment with the absorbent pad must take place over a period of approx. 2 weeks. It should be continued for at least 5 further days after the fungus has disappeared. Wear airy shoes and wool socks.
Arm, leg or elbow wraps
• joint swellings
• inflammatory rheumatic form circle
• other traumatic injuries
• tennis elbow
The paste is stirred as described, applied to a cotton or linen cloth and laid like this onto the affected area in such a way that the paste touches the skin directly. The paste can also first be applied to the skin and then covered with a cloth. In order to achieve an additonal cooling affect on the area, the ready aste can be put into the fridge/ice compartment for a short time before applying it to the skin.
The treatment should last for at least 30 minutes.
The pad can be used several times daily. However, the paste must be prepared freshly each time. Too much softening up of the skin should be avoided.
Pad on the face or back
• Acne
The paste is stirred and applied directly to the areas to be treated. Individual spots can be treated or the absorbent pad may be applied like a face mask (leave the eye part open). To further improve the result, the areas can then be swabbed with Cystus® Sud.
Length of application:
at least 30 minutes, best frequency 1x daily.
