Paprika Ragout
 
Recipes with Bärlauch Frischblatt Granulat (Bear's Garlic Fresh-Leaf Granulate) or Bärlauch Bio Granulat (Bear's Garlic Bio Granulate):

Paprika Ragout

- 2 red, 2 yellow and 2 green peppers
- 2 onions
– peel of 1 untreated lemon
- 4 tablespoonfuls of olive oil
- 1/8 l vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoonful of tomato puree
- herb salt
- 1 teaspoonful of rosemary needles
- 1/2 teaspoonful Vitamin E Gerstenöl Granulat (Vitamin E Barley Oil Granulate)
- 1/2 teaspoonful Bärlauch Frischblatt Granulat

Wash the peppers, quarter them, remove the seeds and cut into lozenge shapes about 2 cm in size. Peel onions and cut each of them into eight pieces and peel off the lemon peel in thin layers. Fry everything lightly in olive oil and steam for approx. 10 min. Add vegetable stock and tomato puree. Add herb salt, rosmary needles, vitamin E barley oil granulate and Bärlauch Frischblatt Granulat to taste. If you like it hot, fry a finely hacked chili together with the original mixture.
