Quark with Carotakürbis®   Recipes with Carotakürbis® Bio Granulat Quark with Carotakürbis® - 500g quark - 1 firm apple - 1 banana (or other fruit) – liquid honey - Carotakürbis® Bio Granulat - Cystus syrup – fresh mint Stir about 2 dessert spoons of honey well into the Quark. Peel the fruit, cut into small pieces and fold into the quark. Put the mixture - in the form of a hill - onto a plate with high edges.
