Recipes with Vitamin E Gerstenöl Granulat (Vitamin E Barley Oil Granulate):

Herb Soup


- 3 large potatoes
- 1/2 onions
- 2 dessert spoonfuls tarragon, basil, chervil
- 1 dessert spoonfuls Vitamin E Gerstenöl Granulat
- 3/4 l beef or vegetable stock
- 1/4 l cream
- 2 dessert spoonfuls whipped cream
- 30 g butter
- salt, pepper


Heat the butter, add the onions and cook until they are transparent. Cut the potatoes into cubes and add to the onions. Add hot stock. Allow to boil for 15 minutes. Then liquidize. Add cream, mix the herbs with the Vitamin E Gerstenöl Granulat, season with salt and pepper. Mix in the whipped cream until a froth forms. Serve the soup immediately.
