Cinnamon-Apple Cream Froth
 
Recipes with Sanddorn B12+C Bio Granulat (Sea Buckthorn B12+C Bio Granulate):

Cinnamon-Apple Froth

- 250 g cream
- 1 cardamom seed
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 dessert spoonfuls honey
- juice of an untreated lemon
- 3 apples
- Sanddorn B12+C Bio Granulat


Heat up the cream together with the cardamom seed and cinnamon stick, switch off the hot plate and leave the cream on the residual heat for 10 minutes and then put in a cold place overnight. The next day dissolve the honey in lemon juice. Wash the apples, cut into quarters and remove the cores, then grate finely. Mix immediately with the lemon juice and grated lemon skin. Pour the cream through a sieve, whip it until it is stiff and fold in the apples. Distribute the cream froth into dishes and sprinkle it with Sanddorn B12+C Bio Granulat.
