Piquant Lentil Salad
 
Recipes with Dreiblatt Kalium Bio Granulat (Trifoliate Potassium Bio Granulate):

Piquant Lentil Salad


- 500 g red lentils (soaked overnight)
- 1 l vegetable stock,
- 1 bay leaf,
- 1 onion,
- 1 teaspoonful sea salt, pepper,
- 1 teaspoonful Dreiblatt Kalium Bio Granulat,
- 4 dessert spoonfuls apple vinegar,
- 5 dessert spoonfuls cold-pressed sunflower oil,
- 2–3 finely chopped spring onions,
- 1 bunch of parsley,
- lettuce leaves


Allow the still slightly crunchy lentils to simmer in the stock for 20–30 min. Dice the onions, crush well and stir well with salt, pepper, Dreiblatt Kalium Bio Granulat, vinegar and oil. Mix the cooled lentils with part of the stock and add the spring onions carefully. Allow the mixture to draw. Mix in chopped parsley before arranging on dishes. Put lettuce leaves in salad bowl, spread lentil salad over them and garnish with parsley.
