Millet biscuits
 
Recipes mit Dreiblatt Kalium Bio Granulat (Trifoliate Potassium Bio Granulate):

Millet biscuits


- 200 g millet
- 200 g Emmentaler cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped small
- 1/2 l butter milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoonfuls of Bärlauch Frischblatt Granulat(Bear's Garlic Fresh-Leaf Granulate) (if served with tomato soup) or
- 2 teaspoonfuls Dreiblatt Kalium Bio Granulat
   (if served with fish)
- 1 heaped teaspoonful of salt
   some finely chopped chives and/or parsley according to taste

Grind the spelt finely, stir with all ingredients to form a thick mash and leave in the fridge for 1/2–1 hour. Then fry golden brown in olive oil at a moderate heat – like potato cakes. Serve the millet biscuits instead of potatoes, noodles or rice. They taste especially good with crispy fried fish, fish soup and/or cabbage salad.
