Spice Bread
 
Recipes with Dreiblatt Kalium Bio Granulat (Trifoliate Potassium Bio Granulate): 

Spice bread


- 250 g wholemeal wheaten flour
- 250 g wholemeal rye flour
- 150 g crushed rye
- 1 teaspoonful sea salt
- 3/8 l butter milk
- 25 g yeast
- 1 cup of sour dough or corresponding quantity
– of sour dough extract
- 2–3 teaspoonfuls Dreiblatt Kalium Bio Granulat


Mix together a dough using the above ingredients, put it on a warm place and leave it to rise. Knead through once again, add some flour if necessary, form into a loaf and draw a few superficial lines on the surface. Leave to rise in a well greased baking tray or in a suitable box form for another 30 min. Pre-heat oven to 250° C, put bread into the oven, reduce heat to 200°C and bake for 60–70 min.
