Just one teaspoon of Bärlauch Frischblatt Granulat covers approx. 90% of the daily sulphur requirement! Not only can it be used as a spice to give sauces and vegetable dishes a special taste – it is also an excellent garnish for bread – either for the evening meal with the family or as a snack for guests. Special tip: spread a slice of bread with quark or cream cheese and sprinkle some Bärlauch Frischblatt Granulat over it – you’ll never want to go without this treat on your bread again.

2 g granulate contains 9,6 mg of reduced sulphur
All bear's garlic products should not be consumed simultaneously with selenium, but with a gap of at least 4 hours, since selenium makes the utilization of the activated sulfur more difficult.
