Application
Cystus 052 Infektblocker® is a lozenge for use in the mouth and throat and is used to prevent and treat viral diseases and bacterial infections of the upper respiratory tract, including those caused by flu and cold pathogens. Bacteria and viruses are physically bound in a non-specific manner and thus largely prevented from entering the body cells.

The successor product in this country is the pharmacy-only medicinal product Cystus Pandalis® Lozenges. Outside of Germany, the medical product Cystus 052 Infektblocker® is still available.
