Intended use
Herbal powder mixture for the preparation of a warming poultice for the following symptoms:
- For tense, hardened and cramped muscle tissue (lumbago, chronic muscle tension, tension headaches, cervical spine syndrome, lumbar spine syndrome)
- For symptoms of a degenerative rheumatic disease /disorder
- Accompanying therapy for sinusitis and bronchitis

Dosage and application
In order to make a palm-sized pack mix 3 level tablespoons of the powder with 5 tablespoons of water (35-40°C) and stir until it is a doughy paste. Apply the dough to the area you want to treat and cover it with a cotton or linen cloth. Leave the Teuto® Warming Poultice on your skin for 5-10 minutes.
If the warmth becomes too intense or if you treat adolescents and people with very sensitive skin, the duration of use can be reduced. After removing the pack your skin will be reddened. Another treatment can only be carried out after the reddening has abated. Make sure that after the treatment you remove the pack completely with a wet cloth. The used mask can be disposed of as bio-waste.

Qualities
Teuto® Warming Poultice is purely herbal ad because of its warmth it intensifies the skin perfusion. Due to the warm preparation of the dough the local stimulation of the skin is boosted by its ingredients and the respective area of the skin is reddened. As a result of its pleasant and warming effect the poultice helps to relieve tensions and improve mobility. It makes you feel more comfortable on a general basis.
Contraindication
Do not apply to open wounds, varicose veins, mucous membranes or your face. Do not use for children under the age of 12. In the case of eye contact rinse immediately with cold water.

When used according to instructions no undesirable side effects should occur.
