• Based on traditional methods (see also HERE), we have developed a special method for processing fenugreek after extensive research: activation. This involves subjecting the seeds to a special thermal treatment and mixing them with valuable native vegetable oils and other plant-based components. Proven preparations are combined with the use of modern technology in order to take account of biological usability, taste and digestibility.
• Dr. Pandalis' process for activating fenugreek is unique. Products with the designation "Fenugreek active" or similar names are not identical to our fenugreek products. • For our activated fenugreek, we use a carefully selected European variety that is rich in the precursor of niacin. Activation converts this into niacin.
• Activated fenugreek is particularly rich in plant-based niacin, which supports the maintenance of normal skin.

• Fenugreek has a mineral content of 4 %. The high copper concentration (up to 331 mg/100 g) is striking. Copper fulfills numerous important functions in the human organism. In coeruloplasmin it has the task of mobilizing iron. A deficiency can lead to hypochromic anemia. Copper has an outstanding function as an enzyme component in the transfer of electrons to oxygen in the respiratory chain.
