Product description

More and more people are using vitamin D supplements to prevent osteoporosis, which is important for the absorption of calcium into the bloodstream. Vitamin K, which is essential for the incorporation of calcium into the bones, is widely forgotten. Without vitamin K, there is a risk that calcium will circulate in the blood, accumulate in the blood vessels and not be incorporated into the bones.

Vitamin K is mainly ingested with food, for example green leafy vegetables. Healthy oils or fats should always be consumed as vitamin K is fat-soluble. Those who have an intact intestinal flora are also able to produce a small amount of vitamin K from their intestinal bacteria. A deficiency can be caused not only by a wrong diet and a disturbed intestinal flora but also by taking medication.

Hint:
All wild garlic products should not be consumed at the same time as selenium, but at least 4 hours apart, as selenium makes it difficult to use the activated sulphur from the wild garlic.
