Recommended daily intake

The three-leaf plants which grow in the wild and form the basis of our Dreiblatt Kalium Bio Granulat are distinguished by their high potassium content: If only one teaspoonful (approx. 5 g) of natural Dreiblatt Kalium Bio Granulat is consumed daily together with a glass of water, natural yoghurt or vegetable juice, then the body receives around 300 mg of vegetable bound potassium. This corresponds to the quantity of one kilogramme of boiled potatoes in a pressure cooker!

Very few people know that food in the Stone Age supplied over 10 g potassium per day and thus contained four times the amount compared to today’s nutrition.
