Hinweise

With our new wild garlic organic vegan capsules, there is now also a vegan variant based on our tried and tested wild garlic fresh leaf capsules.
Wild garlic is characterized by its particularly high content of reduced sulphur compounds. Only in this reduced form are they useful for the body: they serve as a reaction partner for harmful reactive oxygen radicals, protecting our cells and providing important building blocks for sulphur-containing detoxification enzymes.
In contrast to garlic with its 1.7 g, wild garlic contains an impressive 7.8 g of reduced sulphur per 100 g of dry matter. In addition, there are wild garlic provenances that are rich in minerals such as iron, magnesium or vitamin K1, depending on the location.
What all our provenances have in common is their high adenosine content, which makes wild garlic beneficial for our blood and brings strength and calm to the heart.
