The daily consumption of 2 magnesium vegan capsules with 248 mg magnesium already covers 66% of the nutrient reference values according to the Food Information Regulation and corresponds to the consumption of 1 g of fresh wild garlic.

The magnesium vegan capsules are the vegan counterpart to our well-known wild garlic magnesium capsules. The inner values have not changed. The basis is still wild wild garlic.
The native leek plant has a high content of plant-bound magnesium in certain provenances. Like any natural raw material, wild garlic is subject to the whims of nature in its development and growth. This results in natural fluctuations in the magnesium content.
To compensate for this, we have added a natural, magnesium-rich sea salt extract to our recipe. This is extracted from the pristine depths of the Mediterranean Sea and freed from common salt (sodium chloride). The result is a vegan, gluten- and yeast-free product for a natural supply of magnesium.
